(v) Riot or Civil Commotion.
(vi) Smoke - damage by smoke from fireplace or

furnace.
(vii) Aircraft or vehicles.
(viii)Vandalism - wilful and malicious damage or

destruction of property.
(ix) Sprinkler leakage - refers to leakage of any

substance including water from an automatic
sprinkler system.
(x) Sinkhole collapse-or damage caused by sudden
sinking or collapse of the sprinkler system and
(xi) Volcanic action - direct loss or damage resulting
from the eruption of a volcano when the loss is
produced by ash, dust or lava flow.

The Broad form covers: Apart from the above 11
perils, the additional covers are:
(i) Breakage of glass or damage caused by the

breakage.
(ii) Falling objects (E.g, branches of a tree).
