(4) In the event of the death of any person entitled to
indemnity under the policy, the Company will
indemnify his legal representatives in terms of and
subject to the limitations of the policy.
(5) The Company may at its own option - A) arrange
for representation at any Inquest of Fatal Injury in
respect of death which may be the subject of
indemnity, and
B) Undertake the defence of proceedings in any Court
of Law in respect of any liability which may be the
subject of indemnity under policy.
Q 3. Is there any variation in the Liability only policy

There are variations between the Liability only policy
and Liability cover provided under the Package Policies.
The variations are as follows:
A. i. In the case of private cars and two-wheelers
ii. the death or bodily injury includes occupants/
pillion rider carried in the vehicle.
For commercial vehicles it includes loading/
unloading operations for goods carriage
vehicles.
