policy permits this service. Provided it is not done
for hire or reward. The policy will pay for liability
arising out of such towing service.

E. The limitations as to use for Commercial Vehicles
are as follows:
i) For Goods Carrying Vehicle:
Use only for carriage of goods within the
meaning of the MV Act 1988.

This policy does not cover:
a. Use for organized racing, pace making, reliability

trial or speed testing.
b. Use whilst drawing a trailer except the towing (Other

than for reward) of any one-disabled mechanically
propelled vehicle.
c. Use for carrying passengers in the vehicle except
employees (Other than driver) not exceeding six in
number coming under the purview of WC Act 1923

ii For Passenger Carrying Vehicle:
Use only for carriage of passengers in
accordance with the permits (Contract
Carriage or Stage Carriage) issued within the
meaning of the MV Act, 1988.

1. Use for organized racing, pace making,
reliability trial or speed testing.
