(b) Limitation as to Use For Passenger Carrying
Vehicle: Use only for carriage of Passengers in
accordance with the permits (Contract Carriage or
Stage Carriage) issued within the meaning of the
Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The Policy does not cover
-
(1) Use for organized racing, peacemaking,
reliability trial or speed testing.
(2) Use whilst drawing a trailer except the
towing (other than for reward) of any one
disabled mechanically propelled vehicle.

Motor Cover Note is a document issued in advance of
the Certificate and the Policy. It is valid for a period of
15 days from the date of its issue. If for any reason the
insurers are not able to issue a policy during that period,
