Difference also arises on the question of repair or
replacement and it may be more profitable for the
repairer to replace a new part than to repair an old one.
If the part is repairable and the safety of the vehicle is
not impaired, then the repair is insisted upon.
The work is entrusted to competent repairer or to makers
or to a firm of specialists. A good deal of specialization
has crept in motor repair work.
