Ans. IMT 74 - Commercial Vehicle Policy with

No 26 provides that except in the case of total
loss of the vehicle, the Insurer shall not be liable
under Section I of the Policy (i.e. Own-Damage
Section) for loss of or damage to lamps, tyres,
mudguards and/or bonnet side parts, bumpers and/
or paintwork.
