A Maruti 1100 CC Car registered on 1-1-2010 as commercial
vehicle(Taxi) is insured for a term from 1-1-2011 to 31-12-
2011 under commercial vehicle form “B” Policy. On 1-8-2011,
the IV met with an accident (admissible under the Policy)
resulted into the following damages.

1. Front Bumper (Plastic) was broken into pieces
2. RH front door was pressed severely
3. RH Rear door was dent
4. Head light panel was totally pressed

Insured furnished estimate of loss as follows : Rs 2,000/-
1. a. Cost of front bumper Rs 2,500/-

b. Cost of colouring front bumper Rs 4500/-
