Vehicles Act, 1988, "means a transport vehicle or
omnibus the gross vehicle weight of either of which
or a motor car or tractor or road-roller the unladen
weight of any of which, does not exceed 2[7500]
kilograms". This section corresponds to section 2
(13) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939.

m. MOTOR CAR : "Motor car" defined under
section 2 (25) of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988,
"means any motor vehicle other than a transport
vehicle, omnibus, road-roller, tractor, motor cycle
or invalid carriage". This section correspond to
section 2 (16) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939.

n. MOTOR CYCLE : "Motor cycle" defined under
section 2 (27) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988,
"means a two-wheeled motor vehicle, inclusive of
any detachable side-car having an extra wheel,
attached to the motor vehicle". This section
corresponds to section 2 (17) of the Motor Vehicles
Act, 1939.

o. OWNER : "Owner" defined under section 2 (30)
of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, "means a person
in whose name a motor vehicle stands registered
and where such person is a minor, the guardian of
such minor, and in relation to a motor vehicle which
