under Indian Penal Code, 1860.
Section 162 provides for refund in certain cases of
compensation paid under Section 161. Accordingly, in
case the claimant entitled for compensation under any
other provision of the Act or law in respect of such
death or bodily injury, for which compensation was paid
under section 161, the amount aforesaid as is equal to
the compensation paid shall be refunded to the insurer.
Section 163 authorise the Central Government to make
a scheme specifying the manner in which the same will
be administered by the General Insurance Corporation,

application will be made, the authorities to whom such
application will be made, the procedure to be followed
in relating passing orders and all other matters connected
therewith or incidental thereto.
