(Investment) (Fifth Amendment)
Regulations 2013, Form 1 which has to
be submitted within 30 days is related to-

a. Statement of Investment & Income on
Investment (Qtrly).

b. Statement of Downgraded investments,
details of Rated investments (Qtrly).

c. Statement of Investment Assets (Life Insurer)
(Qtrly).

d. Statement of Investment Assets (General
Insurer & Re- Insurer) (Qtrly).

e. Exposure / Prudential and other Investment
norms - Compliance Certificate (Qtly).

30. As per Regulation 9 of IRDAI (Investment)
