34. As per Regulation 9 of IRDAI (Investment)
(Fifth Amendment) Regulations 2013,
Form 4 (Part B) which has to be
submitted within 30 days is related to -

a. Internal / Concurrent Auditor`s Certificate and
Investment Risk Management Systems -
Implementation Status (Qtly).

b. Statement of Investment subject to Exposure
Norms - Investee Co, Group, Promoter Grp
Industry Sector (Qtly).

c. Statement of Investment Reconciliation (Qtly).
d. Statement of Investment in Mutual Funds

(Qtly).
e. Certificate under Sections 28 (2A),

28(2B),28(3) of Insurance Act (Qtly).

35. As per Regulation 9 of IRDAI (Investment)

submitted within 30 days is related to -

a. Internal / Concurrent Auditor`s Certificate and
Investment Risk Management Systems -
