K. Business interruption or loss of profit policy. Loss
of profit due to interruption in business due to the
loss sustained by the property insured in section A
of the policy as a result of the insured perils under
that section. However, for the cover to be allowed,
the building concerned should be of class A
construction as defined in the fire tariff.
