              Notice of a potential claim should be made to your
              employer as soon as possible. Generally, the date
              on which an employee is advised by a medical
              consultant to cease working is the start of the claim
              period. Benefit payments for approved claims
              commence 90 days from the start of the claim period
              (e.g. the end of the Waiting Period).
