WISDOM—PASS IT ON
The Declaration of Independence reads, “ We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are cre-
ated equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness — That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted
among Men, . . . .”
The First Amendment to the U.S. Bill of Rights reads, “Congress shall make no law respecting an
establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of
the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress
of grievances.”
Our rights are granted by God as found in the word of God.
Thank God for America’s rich Biblical heritage! Let us pray for revival.
