ALTERNATIVE LAYOUT DESIGN

Create alternative layout designs by combining consideration of the

needs of the required area and REL diagram in the form of Space

Relationship Diagrams. Then design an alternative layout based on the

Space Relationship Diagram and make modifications as needed based

on restrictions & other special considerations by making a Block Plan

or Area Allocation Diagram (AAD). Then the layout details can be

designed accordingly, by setting up machines or work facilities that

are in each of the existing blocks.
