               TURN YOUR BAD HABITS INTO GOOD HABITS


                                                                    Habits  can  make  you
                                                                    and it can break you. All
                                                                    successful people know
                                                                    this  simple  fact.  It  can
                                                                    take you from a scared,
                                                                    insecure, lost person to
                                                                    an extremely successful
                                                                    person  on  this  planet.
                                                                    All  you  need  to  do  is
                                                                    turn  your  bad  habits
                                                                    into good habits.
                                                                           You decide your
                                                                    habits  and  your  habits
                                                                    decide your future.
               When  you  change  your  habits  and  work  on  your  priorities,  you  become  in
               charge of your life. You can achieve anything you want in life when you are
               taking control of your life.


               What causes bad habits?


               Two things cause most of your bad habits…Stress and boredom.
                       Most of the time, bad habits are simply a way of dealing with stress and
               boredom.  Everything from  biting  your nails  to  overspending on a shopping
               spree to drinking every weekend to wasting time on the internet can be a simple
               response to stress and boredom.

                       However, it does not have to be that way. You can teach yourself new
               and healthy ways to deal with stress and boredom, which you can then substitute
               in place of your bad habits.
               Of course, sometimes the stress or boredom that is on the surface is caused by
               deeper issues. These issues can be tough to think about, but if you are serious
               about making changes then you have to be honest with yourself.
                       Recognizing  the  causes  of  your  bad  habits  is  crucial  to  overcoming
               them.

               Here are a few steps that turn your bad habits into good habits:
