According to research, it takes 21 to 90 days to form a habit. If you do
not break your habit then, unfortunately, your bad habit will break you.
So, make sure you are consistent and pushing yourself to do it anyways.
This will help you to turn your bad habits into good habits for sure.
5. Believe in yourself
Breaking your bad habits will not be easy but it is important to
believe in yourself no matter how difficult it gets. The more you think
you cannot achieve your goals, the more difficult they become.
However, if you believe that you can push through during the toughest
times, then you will. Be your cheerleader and keep your spirits high.
You can overcome this!
6. Start one by one.
People ask me, how to change a bad habit forever? I tell them,
there is only one way to do it – “Start one by one”.
For example, when you focus to change multiple habits at the
same time, it becomes harder to change.
So, make sure you start by changing your one bad habit into a
good habit. Moreover, one by one it will stack up into a building block.
Good habits can change your life forever. So, start by finding
out your bad habits and decided to change them. This is the most
important thing that brings out the best results.
When you are ready to go, start working and make sure, you do
not stop until you are done.
