Conclusion

Although Giulio was not a journalist,

he decided to put his life at risk in the
search for the truth, and died for it. We

have decided to examine his

experience because it is a very

important example of the courage that

not only this young man, but all

journalists, show in carrying out their

work. In fact, they fight for the pursuit
of truth and freedom of speech in

authoritarian regimes all over the

world. This is why I invite the entire

audience to take a moment of silence

in respect and memory of all the

journalists who died in the line of duty.
