The family is engaged in the production, from the

harvesting of the grapes, through the whole process

of fermentation.

If there is one thing that is difficult to understand,

especially on the part of the consumer, it is certainly

the concept of terroir . Probably because of the

assonance, even in French, with the word territory. It

is an important element, but the reality is different.

The first component in importance that comes into

play when referring to this term, often inappropriately,

is precisely the human factor .
