In addition to wine production, the winery also
grows olive trees from which they prepare olive oil.
The extra virgin olive oil of the Podere is the
result of a culture that has always been well loved and
respected in the company, that of olive trees.
Witnesses of the time, they surround our cellar. Every
year they take it upon themselves to bear the fruits
that will season our tables .
