4. Bonus: The company will pay the responsible person a
BONUS percentage on the Monthly Net Profit of the shop

managed by the responsible person.

4.1. There is the option to give the Bonus monthly or every

3 months.

4.2. There is a scale with minimum bonus 10% and

maximum bonus 30% depending on the Net Profit of the shop.
*See example below:

4.3. If the Monthly Net Profit is negative for one month, then
the balance will be transferred to the calculation of the next

Monthly period until the full repayment of any debts of the Agent
to the Company *net profit calculation-see at the end.

❖ The negative balance of the three (3) months is deleted,
and the fourth (4th) month starts with zero balance for
the calculation of the Bonus.
