Model C
Employees in charge of the shop
➢ Rental agreement on “BookieCo”
➢ Running expenses of the shop for example utility bills, etc.
In this model “BookieCo” is responsible for:
1. Licence fees (2 years).
2. Signs – Promotional material.
3. Architectural and interior design costs of the store.
4. Mobile equipment (computers, TVs, furniture, etc.).
5. Security cameras, alarm system and smoke detectors (to be
able to get insurance for the shop).
6. Shop and equipment insurance.
7. Plasterboards.
8. Floor lining.
9. Electrical installation (wiring, etc.) and electrical appliances
(air-conditions, lightings, etc.).
10. Painter costs.
Financial Remuneration:
1. Monthly salary: Initial amount €1000 (net) for the employee –
with the possibility of increasing the amount up to € 1500
(net).
2. For a second or third employee, the initial salary will be € 800
(net) and a 5% bonus allowance.
3. Small amount of money for weekly expenses for better
customer service such as food, drinks, etc. - A budget will be
set based on the overall terms of the agreement.
