Scenario 2: Rental agreement on “BookieCo”
In these scenarios “BookieCo” company is responsible for:
1. Licence fees (2 years).
2. Signs – Promotional Material.
3. Architectural and interior design costs of the store.
4. Moveable equipment (computers, TVs, furniture, etc.).
5. Shop and equipment insurance.
6. Financial support for the rent.
In these scenarios the Agent is responsible for:
1. Plasterboards.
2. Floor lining.
3. Electrical installation (wiring, etc.) and electrical appliances
(air-conditions, lightings, etc.).
4. Painter costs.
5. Security cameras, alarm system and smoke detectors (in order
to be eligible for the insurance).
*Regarding all the scenarios involving New Agents: 3 different
offers are required from independent suppliers.
* All the Agents can get quotations from their own suppliers during
their collection.
* Suppliers must meet the specifications and quality of materials
and constructions required, according to the indications of our
Architect / Interior decorator.
* The agent can choose a 50% - 50% agreement regarding all
expenses.
