New Agents
Scenario 1: Rental Agreement on the Agent’s name
In these scenarios “BookieCo” company is responsible for:
1. Licence fees (2 years).
2. Signs – Promotional material.
3. Architectural and interior design costs of the store.
4. Moveable equipment (computers, tv, furniture, etc.) for the
necessary renovation of the store (equivalent with the
franchise model of our company -integrated presence system).
5. Minimum agreement period 4 to 6 years (the agreement
period depends on the amount of investment).
In these scenarios the agent is responsible for:
1. Rent.
2. Plasterboards.
3. Floor lining.
4. Electrical installation (wiring, etc.) and electrical appliances
(air-conditions, lightings, etc.).
5. Painter costs.
6. Security cameras, alarm system and smoke detectors (in order
to be eligible for the insurance)
7. Shop and equipment insurance.
