               Class A professionals with existing experience







          Scenario 1: Rental Agreement on the Agent’s name

          In these scenarios “BookieCo” is responsible for:


          1. Licence fees (2 years).
          2. Signs– Promotional material.

          3. Architectural and interior design costs of the store.
          4. Necessary renovation of the store (*see example below).



          Scenario 2: Rental Agreement on the company’s name 100%

          ownership or both Agent and BookieCo can be tenants (50% - 50%
          ownership)


          In these scenarios “BookieCo” is responsible for:
          1.   Licence fees (2 years).

          2.   Signs – Promotional material.

          3.   Architectural and interior design costs of the store.
          4. «Flagship store»: ‘BookieCo’ will create a new shop.

          5.   All the renovation expenses will be covered by BookieCo.
