Since 2007, I have worked EEO cases, grievances, ULP,s, organized labor management forum, performed Chapter Treasury Audit/ investigation, participated in FMCS mediation, drafted Chapter bylaws to final approval, drafted two State contracts – one to final approval and the second entering final negotiations, organized and formatted steward training, drafted local grievance forms, drafted local union representation record forms, drafted local I&I Bargaining forms, participated in unit clarification and certification of bargaining unit members during mission change, attended FLRA training for contract negotiation & Labor Management relations. Have dedicated multiple hours of annual leave and personal time in commitment to serve bargaining unit employees and comply with time driven requirements on behalf of ACT.
I look to continue to serve as a resounding voice in the best interest of bargaining unit members and ACT without equivocation. That is the way to the future, marginalizing loses and focusing on maximizing wins.
