This activity is on hold and subject to availability until contracted. Prior to contracting, holds can be challenged by
the supplier if a client requests the same date.

Client to Provide
• Locations for event including any admission, parking, and facility fees for participants and event staff
• Validated parking for staff on site visit and day of event.
• Access to the location two hours prior to the event for set-up and immediately following for strike, If
circumstances require set or strike to take place outside of these parameters, additional charges may apply.
• Sound System with Handheld Mic
• Food and beverage for participants (if desired)
• Small Riser Recommended

Fine Points
• Hello! Destination Management rates do not include a fuel surcharge. Based on current market conditions a
fuel surcharge may be added to the final invoice.
• Each individual participant is required to sign a Waiver of Liability prior to the activity. If a participant declines
to sign the form, they will not be permitted to participate in the activity
• All inclusions, prices and policies are subject to change until contracted.
