3. Mortar Pan
The mortar pan is perfect for mixing small quantity of mortar. Curved
corners and sloped sides make mixing materials simple while round-
ed edges make for easy handling. The pan is easy to move.
4. Spade
A spade is a tool primarily use for the purpose of digging or removing earth and
spreading the soil. It is also used for manually mixing of mortar and concrete
5. Wooden Floats
A Wooden float is the flat surfaced tool that is used for
smoothing the surface of concrete prior to it setting. A wooden float pro-
duces a reasonably non slip surface as it pulls up sand out of the con-
crete mix to the surface.
6. Steel Floats
It is a float having steel blade. It is use for finishing plaster, leveling con-
crete surface. It is also use for applying neat cement coating.
7. Brick Hammer
It has one flat traditional face and a short or long chisel-shaped blade. It
can be used to chip off edges or small pieces of stone without using a
separate chisel. The chisel blade can also be used to rapidly cut bricks
or blocks.
8. Club Hammer
Club hammers have two identical faces and both faces can be used. It is
a small sledge hammer.
9. Bolster Chisel
Bolster chisels are typically heavy, with a relatively dull head use to cut
bricks for making closures. This is also used as a demolition tool
10. Wooden mallet
It is a kind of hammer made up of wood with a relatively large head. It is
used for hammering surfaces where you want
to avoid scratching.
11. Bricks Tongs
These tools are used to carrying a number of brick at once.
