On February 22, Officer Guanilo and Officer Lanning were working their shift on the East Side. During their shift,
the officers were made aware of the possible abduction of a seven month old infant. They then began to look into
the history of the suspect and found a previous address. The officers went to the address and found the vehicle that
was used in the incident. They verified the suspect had a warrant and called for backup units. With the assistance
from the responding crews, the officers took the suspect into custody without issue and located the infant, who was
unharmed.
