2017 Champion Eagle Jazz
One Famous Eagle earned the 2006 Champion 3-Year-Old Colt title for his performance on the track and then he was retired to stand at the Burnett Ranches. He became the 2012 AQHA leading freshman sire of money earners with earnings of $2,926,178; 2013 leading second crop sire of money earners with earnings of $2,745,893; and the 2014 leading third crop sire with earnings of $3,763,090. One Famous Eagle was the 2016 Leading Sire of Money Earners with earnings of $5,933,462. He is the sire of horses that have earned over $27 million since 2012.
The current sire record for One Famous Eagle shows he has sired five million
dollar earners to date with the addition
of Bodacious Dash. One Famous Eagle
is already the sire of three All American Futurity winners. His million dollar winners include 2012 World Champion One Dashing Eagle, winner of three million dollar races including the All American Futurity-G1, Golden State Futurity-G1 and Ed Burke Million Futurity-G1. He was the Champion 2 Year Old and Champion 2-Year-Old Colt.
Imperial Eagle is the second All American Futurity-G1 winner sired by One Famous Eagle. This colt won the 2016 version of the race and was named the 2016 Champion 2 Year Old and Champion 2-Year-Old Gelding. His next million dollar money winner is Fly Baby Fly, winner of the 2017 All American Futurity-G1. His fifth million dollar winner is 2018 All American Derby-G1 winner Hotstepper, who was named the 2018 Champion 3-Year-Old Gelding.
Mr Jess Perry is the sire of One Famous Eagle. This great stallion was the 1994 Champion 2 Year Old and Champion 2-Year- Old Colt. He won his championship titles
by winning the Texas Classic Futurity-G1, Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders Association Futurity-RG1, Louisiana Champion Day Juvenile Stakes-RG2 and Louisiana Breeders Laddie Futurity-RG3. Mr Jess Perry won the Texas Classic Futurity, establishing a New Track Record at Sam Houston Race Park for 400 yards in :19.66 and a New Track Record in the Louisiana Quarter Horse Breeders Association Futurity going the 400 yards in
World Champion Sire One Famous Eagle, the sire of World Champion Bodacious Eagle, earned over $1.3 million on the track and has sired
$27 million in earners, including One Dashing Eagle, Imperial Eagle, Hotstepper & Fly Baby Fly.
