CRM Radio Flyer APHA (PYC Paint Your Wagon QH-Elaina Go Go APHA), another underdog at odds over 26-1, finished a game second for owners Dan and Kaye Jones. The Matt Whitekiller trainee had Cody Smith in the irons. CRM Radio Flyer finished second in his heat to fastest qualifier Col Bucks.
Ivoriona APHA (Ivory James QH-Friona APHA), the ninth-fastest qualifier, took third by a nose in the finals. The filly is owned by Randy Hill and Mickey Johnson, and trained by Stacy Charette-Hill. Jorge Torres did the riding.
The remaining order of finish was DTL Fast Flyin Tex APHA (Texas Six APHA- Flyin Candy QH), DTL Batter Up APHA (Royal Quick Flash APHA-Beef Jerkin Queen APHA), Col Bucks ApHC (PYC Paint Your Wagon QH-Joyball ApHC), Freighttrain X (Freighttrain B QH-Twenty Triple X APHA), PHQ Goodbye Earl APHA (Awesome Chrome APHA-Sayonara APHA) and Twayas Last Dance APHA (SM Country Snowman APHA-Twaynas Dance APHA). Paint Me Turnpike scratched.
