                                 Sixarun, the sire of Tres Seis, is a leading sire of over $8.2 million who also sired additional racing Champion Darling Sixarun as well as Champion Broodmare Run The Dash. Sixarun comes from the Jet Deck branch that has had a big impact on the racing/barrel racing crossover.

The sire of Tres Seis is Sixarun a 1983 stallion bred by L. D. Neumayer and Don Brooks. Sixarun was purchased by Preston Carter and R. W. Boston as a weanling and they raced the horse in partnership from 1985 to 1987. He earned $291,228 while winning three stakes races, including the TQHA Texas Futurity in 1985. As a two year old, he qualified to the All American Futurity, Rainbow Futurity, and Kansas Futurity (now the Ruidoso Futurity). He finished third in the Rainbow Futurity and was fourth in both the Kansas Futurity and All American Futurity.
Sixarun was owned for many years by the late Clarence Scharbauer Jr., and he stood at the Scharbauer’s Valor Farms in Pilot Point, Texas. He sired foals that earned $8,239,070 with 532 starters, 405 racing ROM, and 34 stakes winners. His leading money earner was Tres Seis, one of his two racing Champions.
