McColee Land and Livestock bred Aint She Tempting out of Preslee The First, who was a finalist in the Oklahoma Horsemens Association Mystery Futurity. The mare has foaled 11 offspring, with Aint She Tempting the first stakes winner in the brood.
Relentlessly (Hes Relentless-Runaway Renata), who won his first start in the Oklahoma Futurity trials, finished second by daylight for Aguila Negra Racing Inc. The Jose Huerta trainee had Francisco Giles in the irons.
Another longshot, 30-1 underdog Coronados Lady (Coronado Cartel-Rose Colored Lady), hit the board in third place for owner Angelica Gil and trainer Jonathan Chavira. Daniel Torres drew the riding assignment.
Rounding out the field were Seven Tales (Wagon Tales-La Seven Seven Seven), the top qualifier and post-time favorite, Royal Tales LBH (Wagon Tales-Royal Pop LBH), Ferarri B (Freighttrain B-Ferarri Fast Prize), Cartels Dynasty (FDD Dynasty-A Cartel Fling), Jess Kiss Me (Kiss My Hocks-Jess Significant), and My Bleu Heart (Jess Louisiana Blue-Wylds Bleu Yonder). High Rate Dee Dee was scratched.
