The story of Beduino, shown here with Frank Vessels III at Vessels Stallion Farm, continues when he was sent to the California ranch to stand at stud under a partnership of Vessels and the Fernandez family. Vessels Stallion Farm eventually purchased the horse in total in 1985.

Romany Belle, the dam of Beduino’s sire Romany Royal, is a race winner. Her sire, Vilmorin, is a stakes winner in the King’s Stand Stakes, a Group 1 race run at 5 furlongs. He had eight starts with five wins, earning $10,740. His Equibase sire record shows that he sired horses that won $251,497, with 14
stakes winners. Vilmorin is the broodmare sire of Zeddaan, winner of several stakes races in France including the Prix d’Ispahan, a French Group 1. Zeddaan is by Grey Sovereign and out of Vareta by Vilmorin.
