in Brazil in 2016, and a Brazilian represen- tative for the FEI (Federation Equestrian International). Erico Braga’s 3-year-old filly Granita Cartel (Granite Lake-Coronita Cartel, Corona Cartel) set a New Track Record for 330 yards and won the $19,500 Taca de Prata Final.

Black, who is also an attorney, may have then been run over by a horse or horses behind her. Queens Prince Gol walked off the track and
was not injured. A GoFundMe campaign has been launched and the Washington HBPA has organized a fundraiser to assist with her recovery at nationalhbpa.com/donate.
