Painted Turnpike smashes Remington Park record
Congratulations to Painted Turnpike and his connections for earning his 11th career victory at Remington Park on April 13 in the 2018 Paul Harber Memorial Stakes—the win set a new all-time record for most wins at Remington Park during the track’s Quarter Horse, Paint and Appaloosa season.
Painted Turnpike is a 2013 bay solid stallion by PYC Paint Your Wagon QH and out of High Class Turnpike. He is owned and bred by Nolan Pevehouse of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, trained by Matt Whitekiller and ridden by Cody Smith. The 3-time APHA World Champion Solid Paint-Bred Running Horse has more than $397,000 in APHA career earnings and is the association’s lifetime leading money-earning Paint racehorse.
