The 1D Champion was Teresa Watson and Famous French Pistol with 88 points. “Pistol” is by French Too Fame (QH) and out of HH Classy Robin.
“Pistol is a sweet young mare who has
lots of personality and is very consistent in her pattern, which makes her fun to ride
and compete on,” Teresa said. “In her first year of competition, Pistol has won Inola Super Series Fast Time PBRIP, she is a PBRIP futurity winner, Reserve World Champion
in Junior Barrels, has local 1D jackpot wins, and more. On top of that, she is beautiful and I could not be happier to be her owner and rider.”

Incentive Program Year-End Awards. PBRIP was created by the American Paint Horse Association to bring Paint-owning barrel racers the opportunity to compete with APHA without traveling to conventional APHA shows around the country. Established in 2013, the number of Paint barrel racers involved in PBRIP has grown each year. PBRIP is a great way for Paint Horse owners to win extra cash and year-end awards, all while showcasing their horses’ talent.
OVERALL CHAMPIONS
The 2018 PBRIP High-Point Champion was Randee Prindle and Star Dude Blackie with 201 points. Reserve High-Point Champion was Kirbi Macoubrie and Classy Firefighter with 168 points.
