idoso Derby-G1 which ran on June 8, 2019. The sad news is that Tinys Corona Queen
was killed after being struck by lightning in 2015. She would leave 17 foals, 16 starters, 15 ROM, 5 stakes winners, one stakes placed runner, and three stakes finalists. Nine of
her foals earned a speed index of 90 or more, with five of them earning a 100 plus speed index. They have won over $1.1 million, and several of them are still running in 2019.
Tinys Corona Queen was bred in Texas by Molly B. Morris in 2005. She was purchased by Jim and Marilyn Helzer from Running M Ranch in 2006. She is by Corona Cartel and out of Tiny First Effort by First Down Dash. Our review of this mare’s pedigree will show us what Jim Helzer saw in his racing prospect
