When Mel Potter bought PC Frenchmans Hayday in 1997, he bought another mare named PC Gee Gee Frost from the Cowan Ranch. She is by Sun Frost and out of Gee Gee Decade. This mare became a Futurity/Derby horse for Sherry Cervi and then a backup NFR horse for her in 2003. She earned $8,939.67. Potter also bought a colt named Alone Drifter in 2013 by his stallion Lone Drifter. Lone Drifter was leased by the Cowan’s for a number of years. Alone Drifter would be added to the Potter stallion roster. The dam of this horse is PC Decadent Frost, a full sister to PC Gee Gee Frost.
PC Gee Gee Frost and PC Decadent Frost are full sisters to PC Frosty Bid, all by Sun Frost and out of Gee Gee Decade. PC Frosty Bid is the Equi-Stat second leading money earner of Sun Frost and is owned by Billy Etbauer.
