Race #7 – Flyght Song (#3) was fourth out of the gate and gained ground to finish 3/4-length in front for the sixth fastest qualifying spot. Rock On (#6) finished in second to grab the seventh qualifying spot, followed by Kiki Kartel (#5) in third for the ninth qualifying spot and Rubys Night Out (#1) in fourth for the final qualifying spot.

Trial #2 –
Race #8 – A Dream To Fill (#3) broke on top and went wire-to-wire to finish a neck in front, securing the fastest qualifying spot, and she was followed by JC Black Mamba (#5) in second for the second qualifying spot by 2-lengths and Sassie Savannah (#4) in third for the eighth qualifying spot.

Trial #3 –
Race #9 – Chunki Monkey (#7) broke in second and made a strong late kick to grab the lead at the wire, finishing a neck in front for the third qualifying spot. Fancy Lash (#6) just missed to finish second for the fourth qualifying spot and was followed by JMG Apollitical Capo (#4) in third for the fifth qualifying spot.
