Realtai communications strategy





             Target audiences.




              Realtai will aim to communicate effectively (when appropriate) to all target audiences with
              key messages relevant to each audience including:

                   Charity Retail decision makers – c-suite / Head of Retail.

                   Umbrella bodies.
                         The Charity Retail Association (CRA) UK
                         Irish Charity Shops Association (ICSA) ROI

                         Hospice Association UK
                         Others

                   Social Housing Providers.
                         Irish Council for Social Housing (ICSH)
                         National Housing Federation

                         NIFHA
                         Others

                   Estate agents.
                   Media – on and off-line, local, national, international (where appropriate).

                   Investors.
                   Local authorities and Government departments.

                   Key Partners i.e. BDO / ecommerce and agencies.
                   Local organisations.

                   Local business community.
                   Suppliers and customers.




             For  each  activation,  an  engagement

             and  communication  plan  will  be
             activated to map out the activity and to
             highlight  the  who,  the  purpose  of  the

             activity, what the content or focus will
             be, the method of how we are going to
             communicate  to  that  audience,  the

             timeline and who is responsible for the
             management of same. See table for an
             example:
