GOLF CLUB NAME - VENUE AUDIT

                   OTHER AREAS OF NOTE

                   REPORTING
The reporting coming from the golf club is nothing short of excellent. Norma (Golf Manager) provides
weekly reports to the PREM group with everything that is needed to know about all key revenue streams.
Having spoken with Norma, we are more than happy that she also uses the reports to spot and highlight
                   trends, both positive and negative.

The only negative we have with the reporting is that its very manual, which can lead to mistakes and can
be time-consuming. Ideally, all reports would be available on a dedicated system, but we understand that
this is not possible at the moment. If the financial information were completed on BRS, it would make
reporting more accurate. We would recommend this to happen.

                   IT SYSTEMS
Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort currently use BRS as the main timesheet supplier. Having reviewed all other
alternatives, we feel that BRS is currently the best option on the market. The use and knowledge the staff
has on BRS is also generally very good.

A negative is the fact that a lmited amount of financial details are not inputted into the BRS system. The
BRS system is well capable of handling finances, and it gives the golf team a good indication of what the
revenue figures are like based on a live and active timesheet. Other systems in use are Paragon (Hotel),
Hotsoft (Hotel), Club V1 (Golf Club) and Revinate (Hotel).

                   ADDITIONAL FACILITY ENHANCEMENTS
Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort has received €6 million worth of investment in recent years, and the whole
                   facility is excellent.

                  • We would recommend new yardage signage to be erected on the driving range – the driving range is one
of the first things you see when you enter the resort and the signage that is there at the moment looks very
poor and does not give the resort the right first impression upon arrival.

                  - We would be concerned that the halfway hut is offering unsupervised free tea and coffee making facilities.
We would recommend that this area should be reviewed from a Health & Safety point of view and perhaps
could be refitted to house vending machines (existing snack and add coin-operated drink machine) and
                   perhaps on-course restroom facilities.
