Signing Day for Youth Apprentices

                       Aiden Russell Signs with
                    Rick Breeding Excavating, Inc.

            Aiden Russell, a rising senior at Colonel Richardson High
            School, recently signed a Youth Apprenticeship contract with
            Rick Breeding, owner of Rick Breeding Excavating, Inc., in
            Denton, Maryland.

            To finalize the apprenticeship agreement, a signing ceremony

            was held at Rick Breeding Excavating, Inc. Mr. Breeding,
            Aiden, Aiden’s mother Julie MacDonald, father Jason
            Russell, grandmother Jill Phelps, Caroline Superintendent
            Derek Simmons, Principal Jared Sherman, Counselor Jen
            Reed, and Coordinator of Career Readiness Eric Cook were

            experience with the program.
            Dr. Simmons thanked Mr. Breeding for his partnership. “Th e
            program is growing as prominent businesses like this work
            with us,” he said. “We look forward to continued growth and
            support from the community.”
