At the Greensboro Elementary School Halloween Parade

The Preston Christmas parade will be held on December 17 at

5 PM. Line up is 4 PM at ASG. The theme is “Sleigh Bells Ring”.
Special guests are Sutler Post Clydesdales escorting Santa.
After the parade there will be a meet and greet with the
Clydesdales at the carnival grounds. Santa will talk to the kids
and goodie bags will be handed out. Cookies and cocoa will
be handed out also. Carolers will be singing and trophies will
be handed out at the carnival grounds.
You don’t want to miss this one. If you want to be in the parade,

parade at 4:30, so if you need to get through please make
other plans!

Adopt-A-Highway – Boy Scout Troop #165 picked up
trash along Route 480 on October 1. They did approximately 10 AM Sunday Bible School – All ages
three miles. Five boys and three adults were at the event. 11 AM Exciting Praise / Worship
Lion Michael Padgette, Lisa Busick, Drew Durham, Jacob Also, great Junior Church (5-11 yrs.)
Carpenter, Sam Hulbert, Lucas Malony, Tommy Freil and 7 PM Sunday Evening Worship &
Hunter Durham participated. They collected eight bags of Children’s Class
trash and also oddball items like a pair of crocs, one sneaker, 7 PM Wednesday Bible Studies
and an expired driver’s license.
