Friends of the Caroline County Public
Library (FOTL) will be hosting an
Author Spotlight Event on October 18th November 1 & 2, 2023 • 7:30 am–4 pm
from 6:30 – 7:30 PM at the Wharves of
Choptank Visitor & Heritage Center. at Smiles by Holsinger & Higgins
