modul ini adalah merujuk kepada model Blended Learning dan model pengajaran
Inkuiri 5E yang melibatkan lima fasa iaitu penglibatan, penerokaan, penerangan,
pengembangan dan penilaian. Modul ini boleh digunakan oleh tenaga pengajar dan
pelajar sebagai bahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran tanpa had masa dan tempat,
kerana modul boleh diakses di mana-mana sahaja sama ada di dalam bilik kuliah
mahupun di luar waktu pembelajaran sebenar. Kajian kebekesanan modul
menggunakan eksperimen kuasi juga turut dijalankan ke atas dua kumpulan pelajar
dari dua buah kolej vokasional yang berbeza, didapati modul ini dapat memberikan
kesan yang positif terhadap pencapaian pelajar dan kebolehgunaan modul ini juga
didapati tinggi hasil daripada dapatan persepsi pelajar.Oleh itu, diharapkan modul
ini dapat memberi rangsangan dan menarik minat pelajar untuk mengikuti sesi
pembelajaran di Kolej Vokasional. Bagi tenaga pengajar pula penggunaan modul
ini akan dapat mempelbagaikan kaedah pengajaran, meningkatkan keberkesanan
pengajaran dan memberikan keyakinan untuk melaksanakan kursus PMPEI serta
dapat mewujudkan pembelajaran abad ke 21 di Kolej Vokasional Malaysia.

Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) significantly contribute to the country,
especially in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), employment and exports.
However, with the challenging in external environment, SMIs must innovate in order
to compete and survive in the business environment. In conducting this study there
are several problems statement that can be identified such as the need for energy
consumption and workers when operating the original Flour Sieving Machine, small
in size machine causes small quantityof flour can be sifted at a time, as well as less
safe machines to use if a load or flour that exceeds the limit of 2 kilograms (kg) is
applied. The objective of this study is to overcome problems such as reducing the
use of energy and labor, innovating the machine to the ideal or suitable size to save
product production time, as well as improving the safety aspects of machine
operation for the safety of users and a longer life- span for the machine to operate.
Therefore, researchers have conducted observations and discussions with the
industry to identify and determine the elements of problems in the operation of
Flour Sieving Machine through the House of Quality (HOQ) method. Next, the
information obtained from the HOQ matrix evaluation was used by the researchers
to design and innovate on a new Flour Sieving Machine using Autodesk Inventor
2016 software. One of the innovations done is, by changing the semi-automatic
system to an automatic system i.e. the press paddle to the adjusting switch in order
to reduce energy and labor in operating the Flour Sieving Machine. Another
innovation made is, by increasing the width of the machine frame and flour sieve
