Customer Self-Enrollment Portal
Once you have clicked on the link, you will reach your TCD Zone profile settings.
Once here, scroll down to your web alias:
For this example, the agent’s web link would be directtest.truconnectdirect.com. If you want to change
your web alias, you can do so on the Profile Settings page. Make sure to click SUBMIT at the bottom of
the page to save changes.
We hope this new feature will help all TCD Agents increase their sales commissions by allowing
customers to apply on their own time and find the necessary eligibility documents. Be sure to tell your
friends, family, and potential customers about the new Customer Self-Enrollment portal by sharing your
TCD link wherever possible, especially on social media!
