Also receive HVAC-speci c software that will enable you to produce budget maintenance agreements as well as price them. This pricing software is good
for both residential and light-commercial systems and includes the ability to customize with your company name and info.

NCI Combustion Performance and Carbon Monoxide Safety with Jim Davis

Combustion performance is key to providing customers comfortable, safe, healthy and energy-e cient
homes. Join us to learn the technical knowledge you need to improve customers’ system performance, prevent carbon monoxide (CO) hazards and increase pro tability. This three-day class will include:
• Day 1: CO safety and testing diagnostics with emphasis on combustion basics, diagnosing CO problems, tools and test locations, vital testing procedures and in-home safety analysis.
• Day 2: Combustion performance and diagnostics with NCI’s performance-based approach for combustion testing, proper fuel/air adjustments and mechanical repairs, troubleshooting combustion issues, the
use of modern testing instruments and interpreting
temperature and ue gas measurements.
• Day 3: CO/combustion review and certi cation will
recap days one and two as well as teach the use, maintenance and care of combustion analyzers both in classroom and in live- re use, review the draft
hood test procedure and nish up with a written certi cation exam to con rm knowledge on CO safety and combustion procedures.

This course has a hands-on component where you will learn to program and set-up a boiler for operations along with a detailed understanding of product parts and warranty, boiler uid chemistry, condensing technology, piping options, wiring and control integration, venting/ termination applications and more.
