     Buying a homehelps you connectto a specific

     neighborhood and community. Volunteer in

     community organizations, sponsor block parties,
     get involved at school...Anything you do to

     benefit your community can also indirectly help

     raise your home’s value.




     Be prepared for the responsibility.
     As a homeowner, you’re in chargeof the upkeep

     of your propertyand fixing anythingthat breaks.
