When it's time to make an
offer, all hands are on deck.
1) As your agent, the first step is to assess
the competition by reaching out to the
listing agent directly. At this point, our
goal is to inform the listing agent of our
interest and to gain an understanding of
what terms and conditions will make our
offer more desirable.
2) We will then provide you with a list of
comparable properties to justify our offer
price, along with a seller's disclosure to
ensure you are fully aware of the property
condition.
3)We will be in direct communication with
your lender to provide you a tailored
breakdown of your financial figures
specific to the home you are interested in.
4) Finally, we will determine the terms of
your offer, which include:
purchase price
earnest money deposit amount
desired closing date
any other terms or conditions of your
purchase
